Feel better with some shine

I am talking about Sunshine here, not Moonshine. Moonshine will make you feel a lot better, but you will most likely not feel so good the next day. During the winter, with very short days, a lot of people get depressed. This is mainly because of our bodies not getting very much sun, if any. Sunshine in moderate amounts will make you feel better. You definitely don't want to use a Tanning Bed. In my opinion, Tanning beds are a great way to get Skin Cancer. Many doctors make a good living because of the tanning beds. Also don't use any sunblockers. I believe, and so do many natural health doctors that suntan lotions actually cause skin cancer, rather than prevent it. If you want to spend a lot of time at the beach, you should gradually build up your tan, so that when you are outside for most of the day you won't get sunburn.
