Visualize the future you...in great shape

You need to have a picture in your mind of how you want to look. What size would you like to be? Just having a goal of losing weight is not enough. You need to have a final destination, or size you would like to be. Otherwise, you will be like going on a vacation, and getting in your car and driving around all over the place, but not ending up at any special destination. Your mind needs a destination to move towards. That destination is the shape that you want to be. You also have to be uncomfortable with the size you are now, and tell yourself that you will be comfortable with the size that you want to be. Start visualizing yourself doing things that you would love to do, and see yourself doing these things in the shape you want to be in, having fun, and doing these things almost effortlessly. To make weightloss easier, you must believe that it is easy, and it will be.
