New Harvard studies have concluded that cardio and aerobics are not the best way to lose weight. In fact, they say that aerobic exercise is actually harmful, and doesn't get rid of fat. It trains the body to produce more fat for the next time of aerobic actovity. They say that aerobics and cardio don't prevent heart disease.
